Class Requirements:
1. Residency/Citizenship:
• Be a resident of Arizona or a United States citizen.
2. Age:
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• If under 21 but currently serving in the U.S. Armed Forces, the U.S. Armed Forces Reserve, or a state national guard, you can apply with proof of service or honorable discharge.
3. No Prohibited Possession:
• Not be under indictment or have been Convicted of a Felony (unless expunged or restored).
• Not suffer from mental illness or have been adjudicated mentally incompetent or committed to a mental institution.
• Not be unlawfully present in the United States.
